Initial Setup Instructions
All software options are accessed through perfectzero.app, our web app. If you haven't signed up for an account, please follow the sign-up steps below.

Sign Up Online to Access Software
- Sign up at perfectzero.app by entering your email address and a secure password
- After verifying your email address, you will be prompted to input an invite code to connect you with your purchased software. We'll send your invite code by email email around the time we ship your hardware.
If you purchased the web app software option, proceed with the buttons and on-screen instructions to use your camera and software combination. If you purchased the desktop app software option, proceed by following the installation instructions below. Lastly, if you need help operating your Perfect Zero hardware, please refer to the operating instructions section.
Desktop App Installation Instructions

Download & Install
- Click the gear button
in the top-right corner of the web app when you are signed in. - Go to the Download section near the top of the Settings page. Click the button to download the latest setup package as a zip file.
This zip file includes:
- Perfect Zero Installer
- Software Installation Instructions
- CNC Alignment - Instructions E-Booklet
Upon launching the app on your computer, you will be prompted to activate your installation by providing us with your computer ID. Please email your computer ID to support@theory168.com, and we will reply with your license.
Perfect Zero Operating Instructions
Please refer to your Perfect Zero Operating Instructions booklet that was included with your camera kit or downloaded with the desktop app setup package.
